Not sure what to say?

Gene and I were best freinds growing up in mad hts va, I just learned he passed away, he was a great friend and I think of those days growing up often. RIP old freind, we will meet again on that great gridiron in the sky. tim

The Ware family - I am so sorry to hear of Gene's passing. I feel like I knew him a life time ago through real estate. He will be missed what a wonderful man.

I consider myself lucky to have had the pleasure of knowing Gene. I have officiated many games in CV Pop Warner and always found Gene to be a complete gentleman in every sense of the word. I will miss our late evening talks at Kroger after coming home from that night's High School game. I really enjoyed talking to you about your upcoming cruise or the upcoming "Pop" games of that weekend. Rest in peace Gene, until we meet again.

Gene Was and Will Always Be One of the Most Gentle, Carin Joyful Spirited Persons I Have EVER Had The Privilage of Knowing She Jene as You Well Know He Will Be Missed Greatly So You Won't Be Alone Frank n TC Love YouGive Us A Call Please

I first met Gene as a fellow coach in Pop Warner football and quickly learned of his zest for life and his uncompromised commitment to the kids he coached as well as the kids he coached against. I have had a tremendous amount of respect for both Gene's body of work and the integrity with which he did it. He was simply selfless as he went about the business of building kids up. A huge void was left when Gene passed away and a very high standard was set for anyone who would strive to carry...

So sorry for your loss. May God be with you during this time. I will always remember that smile and shaking his head

Gene was my friend and son's coach (all for of them). I do not know of many poeple that have touched more kids in a positive way than Gene Ware. The world needs more "Coach Wares". He was my friend, and I will miss him.

Dear Ware Family, it was a pleasure getting to know Gene through officiating for Pop Warner and as a member of the Falcon Club. He will be sincerely missed by many.
