Not sure what to say?

To Joyce, Susan, Jane and Cindy: Joanne and I were saddened to hear of George's passing; he was always such a wonderful academic mentor but he taught me equally as much about life as he did about exercise physiology ...and there was golf as well. I still think of him often and will always cherish the friendship that we shared. Our sincere condlences to all the family.
Phil Hamilton

My sympathy card has been returned to me so I assume Joyce has moved. I was so sorry to hear that George had passed away. A great friend to all. My deepest sympathy to all the family. Sincerely, Shirley Steele

My most since sympathy to Joyce and the girls. George was a lovely man and he and Joyce were my good friends for many years. I always enjoyed seeing them when they came to PEI. , and George's Christmas letters were read with great interest every year. He will be missed .

Sincerely
Julie Simmons, Summerside PEI

Reminded of many days in the early-1990s spent with Great Uncle George (and Jeff I.) at Green Gables. Very fondly remembered. Our deepest condolences.

My sincerest condolences to Joyce and family on George's death. He and Joyce were a great part of my youth and I will always remember you both fondly. I have no doubt that George and Dad are having something to do with golf "over there". God bless you all and the Peace of Christ be with you. Chris LePage

So sorry to hear of George's passing. We so appreciated his love of golf and the time he spent working with and encouraging the young golfers at Green Gables Golf Course. He was a true gentleman. A donation has been made to PEI Junior Golf Development Fund in his name. Errol and Edith Nicholson
