Not sure what to say?

George Hull was an amazing man and a wealth of knowledge, especially about plants. George helped me to become more knowledgeable about the plants of the Sonran Desert and beyond. His passion and depth of knowledge about plants is what connected us. He taught me more about plants than any other teacher. I don't believe I would have my conceptual knowledge of the plant kingdom without him. I hope that others were lucky enough to share the same experience. Additionally, his sense of humor...

A wonderful man with a fantastic sense of humour. He loved a good chat over a pint and a meal. Sadly missed but never forgotten.

Remembering a kind and gentle classmate. Prayers.

George was a good friend for a very long time. Sue and I have many fond memories of time spent together over the years.

George cared deeply for his friends. We became friends more than 50 years ago. We had "visited" often in the last years thanks to Messenger and Facebook. I miss him tremendously already. I was coaching his crocheting projects from Ohio! He was thinking of future projects for friends and was excited about finding yarn bargains at Michaels. And he was looking forward to the daffodils blooming. Thinking of his friends until the end. That was George.

There are so many students who were lucky to have George as a professor. He was a source of positive inspiration for generations of landscape architects. His passion to help others was a gift he loved giving. Thank you for the inspiration, experiences and advice that you gave me and so many other people.

We all miss and love you George!

His smile was a radiant and vibrant as the flowers he cultivated. George was an inspiration to many, a mentor to all and a true friend that can never be replaced.

George was always a pleasure to work with from our early family days Harper's Nursery to our "professional" days at Mountain States Nursery. He will be missed by many.
