George Moore

The memorial service was so beautiful, George planning the service made it that even more beautiful. His focus taken off himself and onto God is exactly like George, unselfish and giving and not about him but giving the glory to God. We know where George is and we know that he is dancing with Jesus. I am another of those "breakfast club" kids from Lawrence Central High School. I remember meeting George by the pool at the school where I realized I only had to ask Jesus once to come into my life. I babysat Josh and Zach when they were really little, and pet sat his dog "Ghandi Moore the Labrador." Later I worked as a volunteer leader. I see a couple names here I know. Very sad to hear of George's passing. Before moving to Kansas City a number of years ago, my family was so much better for having participated in activities at West Hills.
