I have such fond memories of George. I worked with him at the Huntington, WV newspaper for several years and covered several of the MU games at the Field House with George and the other sports writers. Also bowled on a team with him and his wife, Betty. My deepest condolences goes out to Betty and his children. I remember them when they were so small and they brought them to the Spot Bowling alley.
