My deepest sympathy and my prayers to Jerry's family. I knew Jerry in Jr. High School and was totally amazed when our teacher, Mrs. Hamilton, said she was turning the class period over to Jerry who was going to explain the splitting of an Atom, and the Atom bomb. I remember him so well with such knowledge for a young person and he had us all in awe of his intelligence and knowledge.
