Mr. Green was born on October 1, 1936 and passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2016. Mr. Green was a resident of Andover, New York at the time of passing. He was a 1954 graduate of Andover Central School. He went on to graduate from Alfred State College with a degree in Business Agriculture. Jerry served in the United States Air Force from 1954-1958. Mr. Green was married to Bernadine. ?There will be a time of visitation from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Friday and 1-3 p.m. on Saturday at Baker-Swan Funeral Home Andover. The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 4 p.m. at the Andover Alliance Church with Rev. Phil Barner officiating. Burial with full military honors will be in the Green Family Cemetery in East Valley Andover.
I heard of jerrys death days ago, and tried to find words to say. I shared lunch with this wonderful man for about 2 years ,always enjoying our conversations about life and other things, a gentleman in every way, I will certainly miss you OLE BUDDY as I called him, chris and the entire green family, your father was a sweet man and one I could call a friend.
