Not sure what to say?

We are so sorry that we could not make it to the memorial service at Carol Woods on 7/30th. We always enjoyed being with Gerald, as she always had a smile on her face. She will be missed by all who knew her. Love, JoAnne & Chick

Dear John and Wina,
I will always remember your Mom. You are in our hearts as you go through this difficult time.
Bill and Carolyn Walton

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

I did not have the pleasure of knowing Gerald Holt but I know her through her daughter, Edwina. Edwina is such a lovely, fun and interesting person and I believe she is part of Gerald's gifts to this world. I am sorry for your loss, Edwina, Dennis and family.
Joanne Perry

I knew your mom when I interned at the NC General Assembly as a young adult. Her positive spirit and belief in government to suport people and their families was a gift. I work in public service now and know that her example was a blessing. What a wonderful and impactful life!

Gerald was my cherished friend for more than 40 years, and I absolutely adored her. Beautiful, stylish, brilliant, witty and loyal are just a few of the adjectives that describe her. We had wonderful times in Wilmington and when she visited Atlanta, and I will sorely miss our phone visits and email exchanges. My heart aches for everyone in her family.

Dear John and Wina...I was sorry to hear about the passing of your mother...many, many special memories of her..probably the best was all those trips we made to the beach in her station wagon with the tail gate down!! I know that my mother enjoyed her friendship so much. I know that you will miss her. I am certainly thinking of you both during this sad time. Love, Gwynn Stokes Honeycutt

Gerald was a wonderful person. She will be greatly missed.
