I pray for you and your family. I played with Jerry in the Swing Street Orchestra for the last two years. He was a beautiful player and an incredibly nice guy. He was a living example of the power of music. It was an honor to share the stage with him.

Jerry was a wonderfully generous and kindly man. He loved music and enjoyed sharing it and his endless joy.
He welcomed me, a stranger, into his home and family. I will miss him. The world will miss him. but I will always carry a little of him with me.

Beth, my heart and prayers go out to you and to all of your wonderful family. Earth has lost a fantastic man and musician, and Heaven has gained him. I cannot thank him enough for fulfilling my mother wish upon her passing. She wanted a wake with a Dixieland Band playing. When she passed suddenly, and we were able to reach out to Jerry, he didn't hesitate. His passing has hit all who knew and loved him very hard. Thinking of you at this most difficult time. Uncle Jerry was a man of God and it was privilege to know him. I know he is with our Lord this day in paradise.

My sisters and I regret we will not be able to make it to the wake and funeral Mass, but he is in our prayers.
