Not sure what to say?

Thank you all for the kind words about our mom. We were blessed to have her as our mother. All three of us kids became teachers like our parents. :)

I am so sorry for your loss Mrs. Rucker was a great teacher and very well liked. She will be missed

Mary, I'm so sorry to read of the passing of your mother. My thoughts are with you.

One of the most beloved teachers in Medora History. I certainly benefited from her teaching, challenging and mostly from the fine example she set for others to follow.

John, Jim and Mary,
You are in my thoughts. Your parents were two great people. Just wish we could have many more like them.
Your friend always.

I am sorry for your loss. She was such a sweet person whose smile brightened up my day I used to bring her bananas and she would be so happy. I will truly miss her. God sent us an angel to bless us.

I absolutely LOVED Mrs. Rucker. She could get on you for bad behavior and really make you sorry you acted up, walk back to her desk to sit down and then smiled the sweetest smile at you if you made eye contact with her. She was a kind, gentle but no-nonsense educator and I've respected her for nearly 40 years since I was in her class in 1975-76. Great lady, through-and-through...

Mary, So sorry for your loss. May you find God's peace in memories. Prayers to you all.
