Not sure what to say?

Dear Don & Sue
My former husband and I were members of the Merry Marrieds from Epworth Group and knew and loved your mom. I have many fond memories of her as she wouldn't ride with us to dinner because she said "Al drives too fast!" I visited her at the nursing home and she was a delightful inspiration after he passed away. My love to all Mary Burk(Jozwiak)

The last time I saw Gladys, she asked me to pray for the butterflies in her stomach before playing the organ for Sunday Service. She was a great organist and I greatly admired her willingness to do so.

Dear Don: We are saddened to read of your Mother's death. Both Katherine and I knew her well. Katherine through her association with you and schooldays. And I through a lifetime of knowing her through the old Epworth Methodist church. Through my childhood I knew her and into the teen years while I sang in the choir with your Dad and with your Mom at the organ. Both of them were wonderful folks and contributed to the lives of others. And thank you for being such a kind and caring son!

Don:
Gladys was an inspiration to so many, not only musicians but those who admired her appreciation of life and the finer things it had to offer. The family and all her friends will surely miss her and all you did to make her life enjoyable. We are in Florida but want to express our sympathy to you and the family.
