Not sure what to say?

We were close friends of Glenda's family when she lived in Baton Rouge. We always felt like part of the family....even after we all moved to different areas of the country. As many have said already, she had a heart of gold and the voice of an angel. In High School, I sang in the choir with her. We made a number of bus trips together with the choir. She was like a sister to me. If it was a contest....she always took first place! And she will always take first place in my heart.

Where ever you saw Glenda, it made you happy:
her presence was a bright ray of sunshine.
Glenda's pride, love and devotion to her
family was always first and foremost.
Lead the angels in song, dear Glenda!
We loved being your neighbor on 44th
Street in Savannah. Our deep felt
condolences to Bill and family.

Bill, I am very sorry to learn of your recent loss of Glenda. I remember well many years ago in Baton Rouge when y'all met and love was instant and obvious to all, and your wedding and hearing her beautiful voice! I pray your family's happy memories will see you all through this difficult time. With Sincere Sympathy. Pat (Guillou) Ramsey

Glenda was the perfect person. Beautiful, loving wife and mother, loyal friend. How lucky we all are to have gotten her attention. My heart breaks that her family doesn't get to have her there every day. My prayers are with you, I know she taught you all to be the best you can be. Thank God for the time we had with her.

Glenda was a dear friend at Lee High. It was a joy to share music with her -- her spirit as well as her voice soared. Glenda was a caring, kind person and her family was so welcoming. That she had a rich life is no surprise. She will be missed!

Our families were close friends when I was a youngster growing up in Baton Rouge, La. I have fond memories of Glenda all the way back to when she was a Junior in High School. My brother was her age and I was a year behind Bubba. I was a member of our High School Choir, so I had the pleasure of hearing her sing and always marveled at her beautiful, angelic voice.

I have two wonderful, special memories of Glenda and her family. One was when I was about 12 years old.... they...

Offering my sincere condolences to the Family, may you find comfort from the encouraging words found at 1 Thessalonians 4:14
