Glyn M. Parker

Much love to you all! Mr. Parker was a wonderful teacher and I've enjoyed connecting with him after all these years on Facebook.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I met Glyn several years ago at Dunedin Brewery and bonded over craft beer and that I was born in Akron. I always enjoyed listening to his stories. He will be missed.

I had Mr Parker for Physical Science...He was a wonderful teacher who went out of his way to make his class interesting and fun. Recently I've enjoyed following him on Facebook...getting to see what he was up to. He enjoyed life and will be missed by many. God bless his family.

Glyn was a great teacher and friend.

Glyn Parker was my high school physics teacher. He introduced me to a subject that I truly loved, in a way that made the subject matter stick with me and inspired me to go on to become a STEM instructor. It brings me great sadness to learn that such an inspiration has now passed.

Mr Parker was my Algebra 2 teacher, junior year at Firestone. He was a good teacher and a very nice man. I didn't realize at the time how very young he was.You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Melanie Gertz Springer
