Not sure what to say?

Today we say our final goodbyes to a wonderful man who personified the word giving. He gave of his spirit, wisdom, and faith in all that he did. He will be remembered fondly by so many. Even though our hearts are sad, we know that he is with our Lord now looking down upon us as we try to live up to his standard. Our love to you Gordon and your memory will always be alive!

With all my love for over 53 years!!! I love you all, and rejoice that he is finally healthy and with his Lord!!

My prayers go out to the entire Cross family. I will miss Gordie. It was good to see him a couple of months back. I enjoyed our time together at Bethany, and also in OCT. I fondly remember his role as the waiter in "Out of Order". God's Blessings Gordie.

Cross family;

Greetings in the name of our risen Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Over fifty years ago, Mr.Cross was our Youth Director at Gethsemane Lutheran Church in Buffalo, NY. I fondly remember his enthusiasm and dedication in serving the youth of our church. He made a significant impression on me a youngster from a single parent household. HIs love of the Lord kept me coming back for the youth events. I thank God for his willingness to touch the lives of some many...

Remembering our times at Redeemer Lutheran in Colden and Walther League. Gail and Family, May God send you his Love and Comfort at this time of loss and sadness.

My prayers for peace and comfort go out to the whole Cross family. I have fond memories of our family get togethers out in the "country" at your home.

My sympathies to the Cross family. I have great memories from all of the time our families spent together. Gordon was a compassionate human being who only had kind words for others. Rest in peace.

My whole life I grew up with the best uncle anyone could ask for. He was also a caring and loving uncle to my husband; great-uncle our girls; and recently great, great-uncle to our granddaughter. As his obituary stated, Gordon Cross was passionate about influencing young people, and my family and I were generous recipients of his humor, influence, and endless love. His parents were amazing people of hope, love, and faith. Gordon and Gail continued those values through their family and...

Letting go of someone you have loved like a brother for 52 years is very hard. I was in his wedding, he was in mine in Michigan. Everyone who knew him loved him because he was so genuine. Gail will miss him, but is strong in her faith, and has great children to help her whenever needed
We will always remember you Gordy. Love, Jim & Linda Westveld
