Rev. Gordon Spalenka

Gordon was a such a wonderful man. It was an honor to spend many years of my childhood beside him and Nancy (as well as many others) through the Indian Mounds Rock and Mineral club. He taught me to appreciate the finer details of life and always look for those unique rocks wherever you go. And I swear I could bring ANY ROCK to him amd he could identify it within a few seconds. He will be greatly missed by so many people.

Dear Nancy and family - I extend to you my sincere sympathies to you in the loss of your dear husband, father and grandfather. Though it has been many years since I've seen you all, his warm smile and personality is fondly remembered. May you know the peace that comes from God's sure and precious promises.

We are so sorry to hear of Gordon's passing. Just find comfort in knowing that you took great care of him during his health issues these past few years. Now, dear Gordon, you may rest in peace.

Gordon will be remembered for his cheerful disposition and smile.
