Grace Clark DAMASCUS, Va. Grace Clark, age 58, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 12, 2013, at her residence. She was born in Wise, Virginia and had lived in Damascus since 2000. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and also the First Baptist Church in Damascus. She is survived by her husband, Howard W. Clark Jr.; three children, Angela Stidham of Big Stone Gap, Va., Randall Barnes of Pound, Va., and Tony Barnes of Damascus; one step daughter, Audrea Woodward of Big Stone Gap; her father, Ethiram Gentry Jr. of Big Stone Gap; her mother-in-law, Goldie Clark of Breman, Ind.; three sisters, Tammy Blevins of Roanoke, Va., Marion Powell of Richmond, Va., and Nada Campbell of Coeburn, Va.; three brothers, Jimmy Gentry and Ronnie Gentry, both of Big Stone Gap, and Rodney Gentry of Wise, Va.; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, April 14, 2013, in the Riverview Chapel at Garrett Funeral Home with Mr. David Matlock officiating. The committal service and interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Damascus. Pallbearers will be selected from the men of First Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 1-2:15 p.m. Sunday prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.
