Grace was my mom's close friend for many years and because her nature that was so full of love and acceptance, she was our friend as well. When my mom moved to Southington from Bklyn. Grace was one of her first friends. She was truly a blessing. They enjoyed going out together and my mom always said she was so smart and couldn't get over that she had gone to college, for a woman in the 40's to go to college was a big deal and my mom always commented about that. When my mom passed in 2008, I know Grace really missed her she would tell me when we happened to speak. She led a very active and giving life, the world will miss her...
