Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Harold was my barber in Milledgeville in the late 60's, and also a coworker at the Police Department. He was as honest as any officer that I ever knew. We kept in touch through the years, and we always enjoyed visiting with him when we were in Nashville. Harold was a man of character and a friend of my family through good times and bad, and that is why I appointed him an Honorary Georgia State Trooper. I will miss him.
