HAROLD BALLARD III "Bo" Gary, Indiana Age 19 passed away Monday, December 4, 2006. He was a lifetime resident of Gary and attended Wirt High School. He is survived by mother, Wilhemenia Williams; 3 brothers: Larry (Peanut) Williams, Harold Ballard Jr., and Armon Ballard; two sisters: Bridget Ballard and Joi Lee White; one daughter, Nevaeh Ballard; beloved girlfriend, Felicia; paternal grandfather, Willie Ballard; paternal grandmother, Clotine Ballard, all of Gary; and a host of other relatives and friends. All services will be held at Smith, Bizzell, Warner Funeral Home 4209 Grant St. Visitation will be Monday, December 11, 2006, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with Family Hour from 7-9 p.m. Funeral services Tuesday, December 12, 2006 1 p.m. with Rev. Burnside officiating. Burial at Oak Hill Cemetery.
