To the Family and Friends of Hal. I am Very Sorry for your loss. Hal was an exceptional Gentleman, He was very Funny and so easy going. I met Hal at the Chico Elks a Long time ago. I spoke to Lorie and Max and Doug and Jill and Margie on many occasions at the Lodges Dinners. My Heart breaks to hear that he Passed.
