Dear "Aunt Carol", John, Mark and Paul,
I was so saddened to hear of "Uncle Hals" passing. He was truly like an Uncle to me. Always so happy, caring, fun and helpful. I have wonderful memories of him and enjoyed the family get togethers. My deepest sympathy with love and hugs to you all. RIP Uncle, I am blessed to have known you.

To the family of Sgt. Hal Williams,
My condolences to all of you.
I met Sgt. Williams in the Police Academy in 1987 he was tough and prepared you for the streets. I really got to know him when he took over the D.A.R.E. Program he was a kind, compassionate person he enjoyed overseeing the Summer Camps and the Graduations.
God Bless the Williams Family
Sgt. Hal Williams Rest in Peace

Mr. Williams was a classmate in high school, a neighbor in Oxford and a friend. Our children grew up on Wayne Ave and I fondly remember the relationship that grew and continued. As I read our high school yearbook , I see Carols picture and remember that they knew each other even then..memories are for as long as we live. I send love and sympathy to the Williams family from the Masiello’s. Frank

To all of us on Wayne Ave. in Oxford he was Mr. Williams. He was respected and admired. That house will always be the Williams' house to us. Sending sincere condolences to Carol and the boys and your extended family.

John and Kristen, and Mrs. Williams, very sorry to hear of the passing of Sergeant Hal Williams. I first met Hal when he came to work on the 11-7 shift as the Sergeant and I was a Patrolman. He was always fair, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everyone respected him and liked working for him. Later, after his retirement he would stop when he saw me on a detail and we would chat. It was always apparent of the pride he took in doing his job and wearing the WPD uniform.
Rest In Peace Hal.
