I did not get the pleasure of meeting Harriet... but from years of her posts on facebook & how Frank spoke of her I do know she was strong willed, it was obvious she was compassionate because of the work she did with special needs children, she loved her children & grandchildren, she was funny, she was a beautiful woman and she loved lefse.

For these and many other reasons she will be deeply missed.

76 really doesn't seem that old to me. So I won't say to her loved ones that she lived a good long life, shes in a better place, be strong, or I know exactly how you feel. I DON'T know how you feel, I can't imagine her being anywhere other than with you all seeming like a "better place", but I will tell you I AM sorry for your hurt, your loss, your heartache. What I am NOT sorry for is hoping she is peaceful, and you aren't watching her struggle to breathe any longer.

My hope is that in time the hurt you feel when you speak of your memories with her will turn to laughter.

My prayer for her loved ones is that as your heart is broken & your spirit mourns you will know the Lords grace is sufficient. That day to day, hour to hour you will choose to lean on "him". When you are at your weakest remember his strength is strongest. Pour your grief out to God and then give praise knowing one glorious day when suffering is gone and love has conquered you will walk with her again.

God Bless you in this time of sorrow.

FRANK , my friend, I am so sorry for your loss !!

Love, Saundra

Harriet was never without a kind word or a smile. She had a sense of humor that never failed to make me laugh. I had the privilege of working with her at Churchill Park. Just thinking about her brings a smile to my face. Rest in peace sweet lady.

Laura, Mike, Kellie and Frank: and grandkids

My heart breaks for you all as you travel through this very difficult time. I loved your Mom as another mother to me. She was one of the strongest, smartest ladies I know. I am so honored to have known her for 40 years and have some wonderful memories I will hold in my heart forever. I love you all. Regana
