Sister Dorita Wotiska O.P.

I still miss my friend and have such good memories of our times together. Still cooking those special recipes she shared with me, like Guinness stew. Hello to her family, those nieces and nephews she loved so dearly.

My deepest sympathy goes out to Dorita's family.
I was in the first class that Dorita taught in 1955 at St. Clement. I had her as a teacher in both the 1st and 3rd grades. My family and I stayed close to Dorita throughout the years. She was a big influence in my life. I am the person I am because of my parents and Dorita. I loved her very much. She is missed.

I worked in Faith Formation for 30 years in Catholic parishes in the Diocese of Lansing, and had frequent contact with Sister Dorita. She was at all times professional, compassionate, and a true leader. I will miss her smile and her commitment to the Church and God's people. My sympathy to her family, and to her Adrian Dominican family.

Our sincere sympathies to Sister's family upon the loss of their dear Aunt and treasured friend. May the Lord grant peace and comfort.

Dorita, I have treasured our friendship over the many years. You were my mentor in my early years of education. I thank you for all you did for me. I know that now that you are in God's hands you will wait for me so we can celebrate our joint birthday (September 1st). Rest in peace, love you! Jim
