Not sure what to say?

A truely kind and loving Lady. Helen Clayton shared her smile, her love of people of all ages, and her love of life.

Mrs. Clayton was the best substitute teacher ever! I will always remember and think fondly of her gentle soul and how she treated us kids with dignity. Come to think of it, I believe she is the only substitute teacher I even remembered - she just stood out that much.

My deepest condolences to the family. She was a wonderful teacher and substitute. I don't believe anyone ever acted up when she was around. Mrs. Clayton was a delight and had lovely smiling eyes.

I have good memories of Mrs Clayton as being a good teacher and a fair person. Our condolences.

A candle for your loved one. May the Lord comfort you. My sympathy.

I'm sure there was a celebration of angels when she arrived in heaven! She was a great teacher and confidant! I miss her dearly.

We were so sorry to hear of Helen's passing. We enjoyed her smile and love at church for years. She was a wonderful person. Cherish your memories.

Mike, Jim, Carole, and Gary: I was deeply saddened to hear the news about your mother's passing. We were out of state for a memorial service for a nephew and were unable to attend Helen's funeral. I admired her as an educator and appreciated her professional influence in the Yorkville School system. I also really enjoyed getting to know each of you at Yorkville High! May God bless your families at this time.
