I went on to complete 38 years at PG Hospital, as a counselor in the Emergency Psychiatric Service, and 24 years at Mont and PG county schools as a counselor. Dr. Raymond was one of the finest and most respected professors I ever worked with. He was insightful and impacted without pushing. He knew how to accomplish his goals respectfully and with wisdom. After a while I learned of his military service and his contributions during the Vietnam war. He was a true leader and teacher. Dr. Raymond will be missed, He was a great person and added a lot to those near him.
