I worked with Herb at the railroad for many years. He was a good person and good to work with. He was well liked by everyone. My sympathy goes out to his family. Kenny Keiningham

Herb was a great person , Nieghbor , an the Pied Piper of all the dogs in the Nieghborhood , they followed him every morning for his walks . He will be missed by many . C.
