I got to know Herb when I worked for Universal Underwriters and Herb wrote a lot of Work Comp policies for me. Always a great time meeting with him and loved our hour long conversations. A great person and will be missed. George McCarthy

Herb, my Brother Bryan and I were friends. We went to WNEC together and had a lot of good laughs along the way.
Was a so sorry to hear of his passing, as I too have been battling cancer for 6 years now.

Deepest sympathy to the Rosenberg family. I’ve known Herb since his RJ Saex days. He was a true gentleman, great guy to converse with and a real person. His friends at Berkshire Insurance express their sympathy. We will all miss him.
