Lighting a candle on Herb's birthday in loving memory of our wonderful cousin who passed away much too early. We are so grateful about the moments we shared, the time we spent together in the US and in Germany. We are missing Herb, he lives forever in our hearts and minds. Thank you so much for all.

It has often been said that "a good man is hard to find." I could look in all the usual places; but my friend is not there. Now I must look up to find him; for he now resides in Heaven. I am thankful that he knew Christ as his Savior. You know that your work on Earth is over, when God calls you home.

To the Zinser family...our deepest condolences. I worked with Herb at Public Health and our sons were high school friends.

Where do you start? Herb or "Skippy" as the Tennessee Zinser's called him, was the best Uncle to his nephew, Mark and me and Great Uncle to Matthew or "Little Gronk" as Herb call Matthew. He was so sweet to me from the moment I entered into the Zinser family, 21 years ago. He and Marolyn were the best and always held a special place in my and Mark's heart. Every time we saw them, it was like we just saw them. Had such a fun time with them at Torch Lake a couple of summers ago, he showed us his favorite places to boat and eat. We will miss him so much and loved knowing him all these years. Love you Herb and until we meet again....
