Hernan, I will never forget how wonderful, passionate and a great man you were. I am so sad and cannot describe how much in pain my soul is when I remember all those days when I used to talk to you about soccer and our experiences. You will always be remembered. I miss you so much. May you rest in peace.

Diego: your Dad and I were schoolmates when we were still mischievous adolescents. My parents emigrated, I lost touch with my school chums and life allowed us to get back together some 27 years later. Since then I have had to share the shocking and unfortunate event of your passing with your Dad and other grieving former schoolmates. All of us understand the pain, the sorrow, and the emptiness Dad feels. And all of us feel for your wife Jean and children, although we have never met them....

I am back home now and the children and I are doing well. Lucas is 3 and Gabriela is 22 months. We are in Argenina now visiting the family. Its the first time for the children. This guest book will now be permanent. I wanted it to be here forever so all of the many people Hernan knew around the world could...
