Not sure what to say?

Terribly sorry for your loss. Bull was a great man. He was a patient mentor and always looked out for others. I remember being amazed at how spry he was when he climbed out of the bucket of the truck and onto the cross-arms of an electrical pole! If more people had Hershel's work ethic our country would be a much stronger place. He will be sorely missed.

It is with great remorse I am sending this message on behalf of the electrical department of the Norton and Vansant MSHA offices. Hershel has been greatly missed in the mining industry since his retirement in 2011. He was a wealth of knowledge in the electrical field not mention a good friend to everyone that knew him. May God bless you and your family in this time of sadness.

We regret that we did not attend his wake because we did not hear the news of his death until Thursday....

Jessee & family,
Please accept our deepest sympathy. May a life time of wonderful memories give each of you Strength in the days ahead.

May you find peace in these words, "And He will wipe away every tear from your eyes and death will be no more, neither will morning, nor outcry, nor pain no more. The former things have...

Rest in peace.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
