Not sure what to say?

I was so saddened to hear of Sam's passing today. He had a wonderful sense of humor and always made me laugh. We had several cases together over the years and it was an honor to work with him. My prayers and sympathies go out to his family. Rest in peace Sam.

Karen and Family,
Sam always had a smile and was always so kind and fun! I have many memories as your babysitter and the Argonne Drive gang! He was a kind man and will be missed by a lot of people. A great Man! My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

Growing up, Sam was always in my life. I used to love to visit my dad's office and go tearing into Sam's office to say hi and no matter what he was doing, he was always happy to see us!!!

Sam was always a part of the journey for us Leader kids and the world is missing something important without him in it. My dad, Michele and Sam will always be connected.

Our deepest sympathies,

Nancy "Leader"

Sam Maisin, dear friend .. To Karen&family
Words cannot express the love and admiration I have for this outstanding man. I will miss him deeply and hold wonderful memories forever in my heart!

During my youth I remember when Sam made it clear that he did not want his position of Amherst Town Court judge to be political. It was admirable that he sought the support of all residents regardless of their affiliation. He ran based on his merits and desire to serve the community and not any particular political party. I remember observing him in court as part of a government class assignment and I could tell he was professional and fair. So not only was he a great neighbor that lived...
