Not sure what to say?

Horace and I had been friends since the early 1960's and we enjoyed our friendship with he and Jackie thru these past 55 years with NYLIC. He was always helpful and sincere. God bless you Horace

I am a New York Life Agent In Farmington, NM. I attended several classes Horace taught late in his career. He was a wonderful teacher and mentor in the life insurance business. His love of his clients and professionalism was infectious. He loved the business and did his level best to help his clients make great decisions. One of the most admired agents by his peers.

I was a young girl working girl in Durango in 1975. Horace was such a gentleman. I bought my first insurance policy from Horace. I felt so grownup.

He was very kind to all who met him. He will be remembered.

Mayor Pro Tem City of Durango

A true and solid gentleman.

To the Griffen Family: My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there's a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.

Offering my deepest sympathy to the Griffen family during this difficult time. May you find comfort in the love of family and friends during your time of sorrow.

My deepest condolences to the family for your loss. Psalms 90:10 says that the days of our years are 70 years, And of because of special mightiness they are 80 years. Very special indeed!*

I'm very sorry to hear about your loss. God gives us a loving hope that all humans can live on an earthly paradise and we can have eternal life by mean of his son, Jesuschrist. Our deepest condolences.
