To the family of SGT Allen - im so sorry for your loss. He was my shipmate on the Memphis. I cant say that I knew him well, but I remember him working very hard to earn his dolphins. He was a good man. Again I am so sorry for your loss.

May God Bless Sgt. Howard Allen, his family and 3 children. May his children know that he is still be honored and remembered even by people like myself who did not know him personally.
