Good bye, Uncle Howard. I'm glad you had a good life & were loved.

I knew Howard in school in Stockton, Missouri when my dad was sent overseas and we went to school there. He was such a nice person and treated me just like everyone else and didn't treat me any different because of my world travels thru my dad's Army enlistments. A lot of students sort of bypassed me or were a bit standoffish because of this, but I remember Howard as friendly and helpful. Prayers for his family,

Howard was 2 years older than I am;we attended grade school at Caplinger Mills and high school in Stockton together. I always counted him a friend. About 2 years ago we reconnected on Facebook and enjoyed some good "conversations." May God comfort your family.

John and I send our deepest sympathy to the family. Howard was a high school friend and we both thought well of him. Joyce (Davolt)and John Henry

Howard was a great leader. I worked for Howard at First Community Bank when he was President
and he was always fair with all his employees. I also worked with him when he was on the Board of Directors for First Community Bank. He was a great person and will be missed by many.

Dear Barbara & family,

I had the pleasure of working for Howard for many years at OnBank. He was brilliant and I am so proud of what I learned from him and I have carried this knowledge into my college classrooms for the past 18 years. It is priceless knowledge all students will cheris. I am so sorry for your loss. Rest in peace brilliant Howard.

Sincerely,
Professor Lisa Rigge
