Not sure what to say?

Chip - you will be missed a great deal. Your love for your family. And the stories of the kids as they grew up will always be with me. Our time working together @ the Better Way with Marla & Tom - we always had a great time. Then Real Estate classes together with Lois and all the times together for years after will never be forgotten.

Deeply saddened over the loss of Chip. He was a good man with a lot of love for his family. He had a great laugh and was always full of life..

Thoughts and prayers to all of the family. Chip always had a great smile and time to say hello.

We were saddened to hear of the loss of Chip, what a great guy to deal with in his business! He will be missed by many. your family is in our thoughts in prayers at this difficult time.

Many times we were up late, the last men standing, talking, sharing life stories, evaluating politics, our life disappointments and successes, laughing, crying, and just enjoying each others life long friendship. He is and was an amazing man. I was shocked with Chip's...

Please accept my heartfelt condolences. May the passage of time heal your grief, and may you find comfort in loving memories.
