Iona was a wonderful friend to my mother, always a ray of light.

Iona is an awesome lady. I got to know her a little more the last 3 years. She is very caring and she loves everyone she meets. She's at home with Jesus!

Our kind, sweet, good humored neighbor for the past 7 years, Iona was a woman of grace. She welcomed us on our first day with a plate of brownies and continued being a wonderful neighbor over the years. Our town home feels empty and our hearts are missing her. She will always be part of our best memories of living at Cimarron Ponds. Our prays for comfort to her loving family and all of us who will miss her.

Severel years ago I asked Ione to pray with me about an upcoming surgery I was going to have. Not only did she bless me with a prayer, but she also was kind enough to give me a prayer shawl. Thank you Ione for being so kind! She was a wonderful person and will be dearly missed!!

Oh how I love this woman! I will deeply miss her. She had the kindest and sweetest soul. She is living her reward and I am happy for her.

Wonderful School Nurse. I never worried about my children at Greenwood because she knew what was best for them and their well being. R.I.P.

Ione was not only a good friend, but the best school nurse at Greenwood Elementary. My sympathy to the family. Many will cherish her memory which will always be a part of us

My prayers are with the Bakk family. I have to share that Mrs Bakk was a very important person to me in my younger years. She was such a kind soul, taking care of me during my many bumps, scrapes, fevers, sprains, chipped tooth, pencil in ear and colds. Yes, grade school was brutal on me, but Mrs Bakk was the next best thing when my mom wasn't around. Bless you Mrs Bakk! The best school nurse ever! Greg Elstad
