Not sure what to say?

Today I watched a dear friend return to where she was born again
Somehow it feels like it can not be
But then I think of what has been the past 13 years to bring such emotion and deep sadness to my heart
All I know is I will never be the same and know that is what life is about
I am so thankful I learned to see a boldness for truth and righteousness
To see a person self sacrifice and love so much it hurts
A love that could not say no...who believed in doing the...

Irene, I miss you so much. I think of you often. You are survived by the wonderful children you and Terry created. Be proud, we will all meet you in heaven. I truly know Jesus needed you as an angel, he already knew how giving you where here on earth, giving the shirt off your back for others. You needed Terry as well, I know how much you missed him. But as you where here on earth ,you will be in heaven waiting for us with open wings. Love you, I was so lucky to have the relationship...

I met Irene at Remember The Hope Christian Fellowship Church, she loved being there and loved listening to the Praise Team, and worshipping with the Remember the Hope Church Family. She and I prayed together a few times and I know she loved the Lord. To her Family, and Friends know she is truly missed, but she will always be with you in your hearts.

I met Irene through Dear Sister Linda Robinson and eventually Irene made Remember The Hope Christian Fellowship her 2nd church home. Irene was such a prayer warrior and an advocate for people. Although she was short in stature, she stood up tall against wrongdoing and was not afraid to speak her heart! She had such a heart for the issues of others. She showed me how to pray with an open heart. Her example of Christ lives on in my heart forever & I am grateful to call her my Sister/Friend.

Though I never met Irene-I chatted via telephone many times about her father's home in our HOA. She was kind and caring, so sad to have lost her so soon.

Irene is one of my very best friends. John and I met her and Terry when they were our leaders at a small group from the First Evangelical Church, Vancouver in 2002. After we moved to North Carolina I kept in touch with her by phone. I spoke to her just days before the Lord took her home. She was planning to come visit John and me in October of 2016. When my brother Norman Thomas died in 2015 she and Linda Robinson spoke at his memorial service. Irene was deeply caring person and loved...

My condolences. Made the thoughts at Hosea 13:14, where God promises to reverse deaths effects, bring a measure of comfort during this difficult time.

Irene was my sister Lan's mother-in-law. I have many memories of her effervescent personality and know she will be greatly missed.

I worked with Irene at Emanuel hospital in Portland and was happy to know her. She was a good nurse and one I always could count on during my shift. She always talked about her wonderful children on our way to and from work. Hugs to her children and grandchildren. She was a very loving person !
