Not sure what to say?

Irving was a dear friend for decades, and I'll miss him. He was a good man. His music will continue to bring pleasure to millions of people, and will be a beautiful memorial to him. My condolences to his family.

My Deepest Condolences to the family of Mr. Irving Burgie, prolific songwriter. It was always a pleasure to chat with him about music and his friendship with (my Great-Uncle) the Late Bennie Benjamin, songwriter and Composer. My prayers are with the family.

With condolences to the family. Bergies music will live on in our hearts, souls, and minds for years to come.

Day-o was a childhood favorite, which was rekindled by Tim Burton's use in "Beetlejuice". Perceived by many as whimsy, a tribute to hard working island people. Thanks for decades of pleasure when singing such an iconic song. It will always be in my heart.

Thank you for the beautiful music. We pray that God continues to strengthen and comfort you all during this difficult period.

My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Irving Burgie. His hit Day-o was known and loved by the world. God cares for everyone and gives comfort during difficult times.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.
