Isabelle Perkins

Waterford - Isabelle F. Way Perkins, 79, of 93 Fog Plain Road, died Tuesday at the Lawrence and Memorial Hospital in New London.

She was born in Norwich on Aug. 3, 1925, the daughter of Harry and Maud C. Way.
