Enjoyed his presentations, writings, and insights. Education needs more people like him. God bless his family and friends.

Hi, im you. Love you, sad to see us go.

My condolences to Beth and the extended Fitzwater family. I graduated from Churchill in 1973 and am now teaching in NEISD. What a wonderful, positive man Dr. Fitzwater was! I have two of his books and enjoyed listening to him speak during a teacher inservice session a few years ago. He was down to earth and approachable at the same time as he was truly inspiring. My prayers are with you! -Myra Pilant

Dear Family, My condolences for your loss. Dr. Fitzwater was a unique and wonderful man. I was a graduate student at Trinity and it was my good fortune to encounter Fitz. He impacted my career and my life. I quote him and think of him in many situations. He was very special to me.

Martha, so sad to hear of your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. He will be missed by so many....

Martha - I was sorry to hear about your father. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time.

Condolences to Dr. Fitzwater's family and loved ones. I first met him when he served as superintendent of North East ISD and he was my boss! Later, he was the Trinity professor who inspired and motivated me to really think that I could have a future as an administrator in education. I learned a great deal from him, and so enjoyed listening to his many experiences and stories. His contributions and legacy will live on for many years through all those he inspired and encouraged!
