Not sure what to say?

Dear Jean,

I just heard of Max's passing and I wanted to extend my deepest condolences to you and your family. Max had a terrific attitude and it was always a pleasure to see you both. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

First met Max when I joined Oxford Container in 1988. He was always courteous, helpful even when he voiced he own opinion. To the family, sorry for your loss.

Ms. Jean and family, I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Max's passing. He was such a sweet man and always made me smile. I always looked forward to seeing you both when you came into the office. He will be sadly missed. May God comfort you all during this most difficult time.
