Jack's vast expanses of sweet corn always reminded this Corn Belt girl of her Illinois home. He was well loved and respected by the entire community. Jack was surely one of the great ones and will be sorely missed. My condolences to the family.

Our community is fundamentally changed without Jack. We now are left with remembrance of a truly great man that that lived among us and the example of a life to be admired.
