Not sure what to say?

Of all the people I have met, Jack's impact on my life was immeasurable. He was singlehandedly responsible for getting me to consider Temple University. He opened his home to me, and he, Paz and family always made sure that that I was welcome. He developed a strong bond with my Mother, Pamela and Step Father, V.O. and would regale them with never ending stories and laughter. His tireless work around the world, especially in Sierra Leone, where I am from, will not be forgotten. He...

Sending our sincerest sympathy to the Lutz family.
Cheryl Orr ACS 72. And Maizie and Clyde Orr. Maizie worked at ACS during Dr. lutz's tenure. I was a student there for 3 1/2 years. Dr Lutz was Principal.

I'm a long-ago friend of Jack's. We did shows together during his chalk talk days. I sang comedy songs - he cartooned and told jokes. I loved his humor and he loved my songs. We were in our late teens and early twenties. we became good friends. One of his jokes was my favorite. Still is. I tell it often. Therefore, he is still in my mind and in my heart.

Jack should be remembered as being smart, very out-going and giving. Many enjoyed his humor as Cartoonist and Jokester. I especially enjoyed doing Joke-a-rama with him. He will be missed!

My mom, Ruth Worthington, has often told me that when she was looking for a career, Jack Lutz advised her to become a teacher. She did exactly that, and from about 1960 to about 1994 she wa a truly talented teacher in West Norriton. Jack had spotted her potential and encouraged her to reach for it. As a young mother with 3 kids under the age of 10 she bucked the trend of staying at home, and had a career that benefitted so many-- and she was always grateful for Jack's wise counsel. He changed...

Education is so important in life, and Mr. Lutz gave so much of his time and life to it. I know he changed and improved the lives of many, including mine. The photo is exactly as I remember him. I have a positive feeling everytime I see it. Even though he was 92, it is always too soon for children to lose their father. I know this is such an unbearable time for you all, and I am sorry for that pain. I really do believe, however, that he will always be with you, and I say this because of...

I am so sad to hear about Jack's passing. I remember Jack as a lively, friendly presence in our Peace Corps Poland group. Jack and Paz always reached out to everyone to make every person feel included. Jack was always making jokes, but his humor never put anyone down; he only sought to lift spirits and bring the group together. I remember how he always listened to us silly 22-year-olds with a patient ear and gave thoughtful advice. He always had a good story ready, but in the short time I...

Dear Jack never ceased to amaze us with his wit, memory and intelligence. He was truly a most remarkable person and our family will miss him. Anne & Dick Brown

Rest in peace, dear friend. From college days, throughout our married lives, continuing with our visit to you and Paz in Africa, you were a dear friend.
