Not sure what to say?

She loved the game of golf and I' happy to have shared her friendship and the great time we had together while we played.
She will always be in my prayers. She enjoyed her life and her family and friends

Rest in peace, Blessed Angel. You will be missed..... but never forgotten.

I met Mrs. Farrell in 1988 when she hired me as the Nursing Education secretary. Jackie was my role model and such a "classy lady" and my heart fell when I heard of the sad news. I am going to miss you my best friend you will always have a place in my heart and I love you dearly. I will miss the birthday cards but will cherish the ones I have in my possession. My deepest sympathy and condolences go out to you Mr. Farrell and the rest of the family. May God Bless you all and keep you...

I first met Jackie when I was a student at the BVAMC.In 1984 Jackie spoke at our graduation. My Nursing Career & VA employment were enriched by knowing Jackie. She was an inspiration,a role model,a legend that will live on for sure. A life well lived! May she rest in peace.

We are so sorry for your loss. You're in our thoughts and prayers

You all are in my prayers.

Jackie was a role model for nurses and for me when I came to the VA in 1982. She was the consumate professional and I am a better nurse and person for having known her. My condolences to Paul and her family.

My condolences to the family...On the day she retired, Jackie gave me a small picture frame in which the paper insert had the words "Forget Me Not" on it...I still have the frame and have never put a picture in it. May she rest in peace.

We are so sorry for your loss. Jackie was such a lovely, gracious woman. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
