Not sure what to say?

Memories. You and I share a lot of them from our time at Boeing, INA and Crocker Bank. We were leading edge in almost everything we managed. We converted from PCP to multi-programming computers, were involved in the first remote terminal operation in the united states and we developed the rules for the three day/four workweek in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and California. We set up the operation to manage the first two ATM's in California, managed the largest magnetic tape operation outside...

Peg and I treasure the memories of our shared times with Jim and Pat. We remember his generosity, humor, careful planning, smartness, and even his stubbornness (particularly when driving) with affection.

Our travels together, dinners, entertainments and family gatherings were more joyful for his presence. He was a resource for me in genealogical matters. He found great pleasure in finding out that his great grandfather and Pat's great grandfather were brothers. He joked that no he...

Thank you for showing me how a man should act in the face of such extraordinary circumstances. Your courage and faith in our Lord have been added to the list of what a role model really should be. Your love for your family and Aunt Patsy have been an inspiration to me personally and you will forever remain a source of strength in my life. You shall remain in both Margie and my childrens prayers and I'm sure because you don't need them you will share them with some unfortunate soul that...

Aunt Patsy and Family,
You guys are so lucky to have had such a great spouse/(grand)father/mentor/geezer in your lives. Our lives and yours have been blessed by Uncle Jim. There is no doubt he has made lasting impressions on the West and East coasts. We can only hope to achieve the cherished life he had (after so many years of hard work).

Uncle Jim, my godfather,

We enjoyed the Mass today. We know what an amazing Dad he was because we love Mary and Sue so much. We look forward to hanging out with him in Heaven.

Aunt Pat and Family,

Uncle Jim was a great man. It is fitting that his funeral is on the feast of the Chair of St. Peter, the symbol of the Holy Father. Uncle Jim was a "holy father," devoted to his God and to his family. He was the rock upon which you and he built a magnificent family.

We are truly blessed to have had him in our lives, and to be part of his family. His love and courage and drive will continue to inspire us.

We will love you...
