I went all thru Homer Grammar and High Schooll with James Edward. I played out at his house and fished on and swam in Lake Herman(the family pond).
I spent a few nights at his wonderful parent's home. James Edward's Dad, Mr. Herman built or had built a little cabin on the place James Edwards friends could play in. I've got great childhood memories of him and the good times we had. Last time I talked to him was when one of our classmates was very sick--Joe Lesage, a few months...

Jim was my sales manager at Carl Pons back in the 80's and he taught me a lot about sales and how to treat customers. I took a position back in Mississippi but over the years i stayed in touch with Jim. I would call him every few weeks just to talk and discuss sports. I lost contact with him over the last couple of months as I could tell his health was failing fast. I will mis talking with him, he was on of a kind and his advice was always spot on. RIP
