Not sure what to say?

To Jim's immediate family,

It is with deep sadness that I offer these sentiments to you. As a colleague of Jim's from 2002 to 2011, I remember Jim more as a friend and confidant than a co-worker due to many wonderful shared experiences. Some of our best days together where in PTD, working together with Dawson, Boyce Mix, and others. If I could only replay some of those amazing impromptu moments when Jim's amazing insights (with his special brand of humor) would turn an otherwise...

Myra & I are very sad to learn of Jim's passing. Jim was a wonderful person, and a great colleague of many years at NASA Stennis Space Center. I looked forward to every chance that I had to see Jim at work and to work with him -- he was a consummate professional. NASA Stennis, NASA, and we all will miss Jim. Heartfelt condolences to Jim's family.

I am saddened at the loss of Jim and my thoughts and prayers to his family and friends during this difficult time ahead. I worked with Jim for 7 years at NASA Headquarters and always knew him as a thoughtful and supportive person and one of the best people to work with. I will always remember his smile, his laughter and the joy he brought to everyone around him.

Remembering Jim. Our thoughts and prayers are with the NASA & Bevis Family during these difficult times. Rob, Shawn Harris & Jim Huk

Jim was a devout man of God. I am grateful to have had him as a friend.

Condolences, my thought and prayers go out to the Bevis Family. Jim You will be truly missed at NASA, it was a Honor to have met you.

Words cannot convey my sorrow for the loss of Jim. He was a wonderful human being. He was smart, funny, and loved his family so much. He was a gentle soul. We worked together for 15 years and it was an honor. May his memory be a blessing to you.

I join with so very members of the NASA family in expressing my grief at Jim's passing. In the many years we worked together at HQ, I knew how talented a program analyst he was, and how fond we all were of Jim.

I was touched by the life of Jim Bevis. We spoke often at Church. He was just beginning to explore the jail ministry at Hancock County Jail. He served God by serving others. Jim was a deep thinker and contributed thought-provoking questions and words of wisdom during Sunday Bible studies. He shared great insight on Biblical truths. It was my honor to have known him. Thanks to the Lord for allowing me to know Jim.....Grace to Jim's family.
