Not sure what to say?

It was an honor and a pleasure to be Mr. Black's nurse. Such a dear, sweet man. I so enjoyed my brief time with him. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Thank you for the opportunity to be a small part of his life. - Amy

I remember after Mr Black retired, he showed up at Floyd County Rescue Squad. He said he thought he'd better volunteer "while he was still young enough". And that he did. In a world where volunteers are harder to come by, Lewis kept our organization going many days. He had the highest respect of his peers. Remembering him with fond memories. Our condolences to his wife and family.

We are sad to hear of Lewis' passing, our thoughts are with you.

Lewis was my closest male cousin for more than 80 years. I will miss him very much. My sympathy and love to all of his wonderful family.

So very sorry for your loss. Sending our love and prayers!!

I am so sad for all of you. I thought Lewis would live forever - he was one of the kindest men I ever knew, and my thoughts are with all of you.
