I am stunned, and deeply saddened to learn of Jim's passing. He was a fellow Tripod Camera Club member, and I was always grateful to see his smiling face. I knew Jim through our mutual photography interest and participation in Tripod Camera Club. He was a great photographer and a good man, always wore a gentle smile. I hope the family will have many fond memories to reflect upon and ease the pain of Jim's loss. My sincere condolences to you all.

I worked with Jim at the AF Avionics Lab for years, and he was one of the best people I ever met. Rest in peace, Jim, you've well earned it.
