Not sure what to say?

Jim was a kind and gentle soul that I knew from years at the "Y".

Barbara and I were members with Jim in the Seasons Class at HBC for many years. Jim was cheerful, very engaging, warm&friendly, upbeat and enjoyed interacting with others! However, his having been born again as a child of God by way of the shed blood of his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, AND his trek through his life to be as much like HIM as humanly possible is why he is now spending eternity with HIM! Lisa & family, take comfort in the knowledge that Jim is with Jesus and looking forward...

Saddened to read of Jim's passing. It's been many years since the late '60s /early 70's , but I fondly remember Jim at both at both Huntington East High School and The Highlawn Baptist Church we attended together. David and Jonathan, There are truly no words that can be said to take away the pain, but know that our hearts and prayers are with you.

Dear Lisa and family, We were so saddened to hear of Jim´s passing. What a wonderful man of which, no doubt, heard `well done good and faithful servant.´ as he entered his final home. I was blessed to call Jim a coworker, friend, and more importantly, a prayer warrior. You are in our prayers during this most difficult time and the days ahead.

It was sad to hear of Jim's passing. I first met Jim close to 20 years ago as a coworker with the State of West Virginia. He was beyond nice and welcoming to a 27 year old just getting started in the world of state government. Over the years we would run into each other. When Jim decided to retire in 2018 I was lucky enough to take over his position. On my first visits to the medical providers he had served for decades, I was often greeted by the staff as "the new Jim." I was quick to correct...
